I want to join as a Jamboree staff member and be part of a delivery team.

Get involved in our intergenerational delivery teams! This is a unique opportunity for growth, service, adventure, and fun. Keep an eye out for regular volunteer open calls on this website, or in the Jamboree newsletter.

I would like to join the International Service Team (IST) as a member of a delivery team.

Speak to your National Scout Organisation (NSO) about volunteering or email our International Manager

Registration Info FAQ.png

When will registration be open?

Registration is now open. However, if you are experiencing registration issues, please contact the Registration Team by email.

I'm a Jamboree Troop Leader and haven't heard that my Troop is open for registration.

Is your Troop registered? We need your Troop Name, Jamboree Troop Leader (approved by the Zone Leader), and the troops that make up your Troop. If you're unsure you've provided this, please email Troop Registration

I'm a Scout Leader - can I invite my Scouts?

Yes, if we have created the Jamboree Troop you are part of, go into Section Invites in Mahi Tahi. If the Jamboree invite says, "Kia ora, you can invite Scouts to Jamboree!" then you are good to go. Please select the Scouts from your Troop who are attending the Jamboree so they can register.

If it says, "Kia ora, we are in the process of rolling out Jamboree registrations. Please watch this space; information will come out around how to proceed with registrations soon," then contact your Jamboree Troop Leader to check if the Troop is registered for the Jamboree.

A parent hasn't had/has lost the parent email link.

Please email Jamboree Registrations with the Troop Name and the name of the Scout so we can re-issue the invite.

I have an age-exempt Scout; how will they be invited?

If they already have an age exemption approved, they will be invited individually in a few weeks.
If they haven't applied for an age exemption, then contact your Jamboree Troop Leader for the Age Exemption form to complete.

We have Cubs who will be attending as Scouts; how do they get an invite?

Please duplicate them into the Scout Section and then invite them via the Section invite

I clicked "Not Attending" by mistake; how do I fix it?

Don't worry, this is an easy one! Go back into the Event via "Edit Registration" and then just follow through the questions and "save and register" at the end.
This will set you to attend. We look forward to seeing you at the Jamboree!

We have an Adult Helper/Associate who wants to attend the Jamboree.

Please email Jamboree Registrations with the name and Scout Group, and we will be able to issue an invite. Note that all who attend Jamboree must be an Adult Helper or Leader. If you have a parent helper, please "upgrade" them to an Adult Helper (they need to complete the two membership modules - Module 1: Safe from Harm, and Module 2: Health and Safety Modules).
